Chata GPT runs on our own vLLM service. The backend is the only client. No third-party API reads the conversation.

In production the llm service accepts internal traffic only. Requests are not written to disk. v1 chat sessions are ephemeral: we do not store transcripts.

The ebook uses Stripe for payment and a PDF in storage we control. Mentoring uses Alana's Google Calendar for slots and invites. The newsletter stores your email in our Firestore (GCP project) only for launch and product notices.

You can ask Alana to remove a booking or your newsletter email. There is no user account in v1.
